Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it:

  • unused and unworn

  • with any original tags still attached

  • in its original packaging

You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects or Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods, such as food or plants

  • custom-made or personalized items

  • personal care products, for hygiene reasons

We also do not accept returns for:

  • hazardous materials

  • flammable liquids or gases

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If applicable, and if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • unused

  • with any original tags attached

  • in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
